Is it permissible to work on finishing a cafe that offers drinks and shisha and other such things that are both permissible and impermissible?

If the predominant activity of the shop is forbidden, then it is not permissible to work on its finishing or renovation, because it is considered aiding in a sin that is forbidden by Islamic law, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty." However, if the predominant activity of the shop is permissible, and the forbidden aspect is incidental rather than predominant, then it is hoped there is no objection to working. Nevertheless, it is more cautious to avoid that and restrict work to purely permissible activities.
