What is the ruling on naming a newborn two days after sacrificing the 'Aqiqah?

The Sunnah is to perform the 'aqiqah for the newborn on the seventh day, shave their head, and name them. This is the original ruling. There is no harm in slaughtering the 'aqiqah or naming the newborn before the seventh day, due to the occurrence of birth, and it suffices, similar to offering expiation before breaking an oath. You can name the newborn now with the desired name, and no additional 'aqiqah will be required then.
