How can one phrase a message encouraging girls to abandon immodest display (sufur) and wear the legal hijab?

It is obligatory for a Muslim woman to adhere to the hijab (definition), as it is a sign of modesty and a symbol of chastity. Removing it exposes a woman to temptation and is considered disobedience to Allah Almighty, who commanded in His Noble Book: "O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they should be known and not be abused." (Quran 33:59). Moreover, the appearance of a believing woman must reflect her faith and piety, and she must distance herself from the display of pre-Islamic ignorance (Jahiliyyah). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) warned against women who are clothed yet naked, stating that they will not enter Paradise nor smell its fragrance.
