One must submit to Allah's decree and destiny. An intersex individual is treated based on their condition, for they are either male or female, as Allah the Almighty says: (And that He creates the two mates—the male and female—from a semen-drop when it is emitted.) An intersex person is distinguished by several matters, including: urine, semen, and menstruation. If not distinguishable, they are treated with caution.
