It is not permissible to miss it due to work unless the work is essential and requires the presence of certain individuals, such as in hospitals or for security. If the work is not essential, the worker must inform their superiors and request leave or accept a deduction from their wages or termination. In this case, they should seek another job while relying on Allah.
