How can one get rid of addiction to pornography and masturbation after many attempts, while feeling hypocritical despite commitment to worship, and fearing meeting Allah with this sin?

Fear of Allah, mindfulness of Him, and shame before Him are what protect a servant from error. Hasten to repent and seek forgiveness whenever you sin, and do not despair of Allah's mercy, as He says: "And those who, when they commit an indecency or wrong themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins." If a bad deed troubles you, follow it with good deeds, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Fear Allah wherever you are, and follow up a bad deed with a good one that will erase it." As for sincere good deeds, we hope they are not nullified by sins, and the hadith "There will come a people on the Day of Resurrection with good deeds like the white mountains of Tihamah, and Allah will make them like scattered dust" applies to those who display righteousness openly but violate prohibitions in private.
