Is it permissible for a Muslim man to take a number of female family members with him to the graveyard, and is it permissible to play recorded adhkar (remembrances of God) on a device during the visit to the graves?

There is no objection to women, whether wives, daughters, or sisters, accompanying [the deceased] to the graveyard. However, they should not frequently do so. As for playing recorded dhikr (remembrance of God) or performing a collective dhikr there, this should not be done, as it may lead to the belief that it is a Sunnah (prophetic tradition), whereas it is an innovation.
