Is the saying of some women in Dar Al-Quran: “Takbir, Tawhid, prayers upon the Messenger of Allah,” and the response of those present considered an innovation? And does the picture hanging on the wall of Dar Al-Quran depicting the Kaaba with people prostrating around it (with faces not visible) prevent the entry of angels?

If the act occurs occasionally, there is no harm in it. However, one should not persist in it lest it fall under the definition of an additive bid‘ah (innovation). One should also not raise one's voice with it in the presence of men. A picture in which the features of people are not discernible does not fall under the religiously forbidden images and does not prevent the entry of angels.
