How is the advance rent paid for a commercial shop distributed to the deceased's account? Is it according to the result of the legal Islamic division of the property, or according to the rule "for the male, a share equal to that of two females"?

If the property is divided among the heirs according to Sharia or by mutual consent, the rent is divided among them based on that division. It should be noted that the Sharia division of property between sons and daughters is that the male receives the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." If the division is unfair to the daughter, it is not valid unless she gives her consent while she is an adult and mature, or if her share, along with what she has taken, is equal to half the male's share in terms of value, which is known as "adjustment division." It is advisable to review the division to ensure its fairness.
