If the bequeathed amount is one-third of the wealth or less, then the execution of the will depends on it being for a non-heir, or on the consent of the adult, sound-minded heirs if one of the two conditions is not met. For the two wives, there is one-eighth, and the remainder is for the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 240 shares: the two wives receive 30 shares, each son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. Matters of inheritance must be submitted to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation before distribution.
