Does the divorce I issued to my wife by saying, "You are divorced," take effect after an incomplete seclusion with her and before the wedding?

If a wife is divorced after a valid seclusion (khalwa sahiha) and then taken back (reconciled) before her waiting period ('idda) ends, the reconciliation is valid according to those who consider seclusion as equivalent to consummation (dukkhul). However, if she is divorced before a valid seclusion, she becomes irrevocably separated (ba'inat), and her reconciliation is not valid except with a new marriage contract. In this case, the previous reconciliation is invalid. Nevertheless, if the husband was ignorant of this ruling, he is excused, and the children are attributed to him.
