Is it true that placing the index fingers in the ears makes us hear the sound of the River of Kawthar, as mentioned in the book "Shama'il al-Mustafa ﷺ" by Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhayli?

The narration from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) states that "whoever wishes to hear the gurgling of al-Kawthar should put his fingers in his ears." Some narrated it as مرفوع (attributed directly) to the Prophet (peace be upon him). Its meaning is that what a person hears when placing his fingers in his ears resembles the gurgling of al-Kawthar, but it is not al-Kawthar itself. The hadith (definition) is munqati' (disconnected in its chain of narration), and Al-Albani described it as munkar (rejected) or mawdu' (fabricated).
