Is the phrase: "By God Almighty, you are an idiot" considered an oath?

The statement "والله العظيم" (By God, the Almighty) constitutes an oath according to religious law, linguistic conventions, and common understanding. Whoever has sworn falsely by it must seek God's forgiveness and repent to Him. They should also know that this utterance is a forbidden insult, so they must repent to God for insulting their Muslim brother and seek his forgiveness for what they said about him.
