Is it permissible to remove the niqab—while continuing to wear the abaya—due to it constricting breathing and causing nervousness, and contradicting the doctor's advice that emphasizes the importance of psychological and neurological comfort for the success of the cancer treatment I am undergoing, knowing that the preponderant opinion is that the niqab is obligatory? And does Allah become angry with someone who removes it?

We ask Allah to heal you. A woman must cover her face, whether with the niqab or otherwise. There is no distinction between a beautiful woman and any other. If you are unable to cover your face completely, then it is permissible to uncover it only to the extent of necessity, while avoiding adornment and mixing with men as much as possible.
