How can the rights of others be restored after repenting from using internet programs in a way that harms them?

Your use of the aforementioned program, which cuts off service from other subscribers, is forbidden by Islamic law. You must seek forgiveness from those whom you have wronged because of it. If you know their rights, then deliver them by any means possible. If you do not know them, then strive to estimate until you are reasonably certain that your obligation has been fulfilled. If they forgive you, then your obligation is cleared. Seeking forgiveness for injustices against people in this world is better than being held accountable for them on the Day of Judgment, in accordance with the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever has wronged his brother in terms of his honor or anything else, let him seek his forgiveness today before there are no dinars or dirhams. If he has good deeds, an amount equivalent to his wrong will be taken from them. If he has no good deeds, then some of the sins of his wronged companion will be taken and placed upon him."
