What is the ruling on earning from renting out theaters for weddings and events, and renting out video cameras?

There is no objection to renting out wedding halls and video equipment to those who are predominantly expected to use them in ways permitted by the Sharia, provided the occasion is free from impermissible mixing and music. However, if their predominant use is for impermissible acts, then renting them out is not permissible.
