What is the ruling on renting out projectors and sound systems for family entertainment purposes, knowing that clients will request cartoon and entertainment films, which may contain music? Is it permissible to provide these films to them, or should the rental be limited to the devices only, bearing in mind that this project is a youth contribution and aims to avoid unlawful money?

There is no harm in renting out devices that can be used for both permissible (halal) and impermissible (haram) purposes, except to someone who is known to use them for impermissible purposes. In such a case, it is not permissible to rent them to him, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." If a person's situation is unknown, then there is no harm in renting them to him. As for movies, what contradicts the Sharia is forbidden, and what is beneficial and permissible is allowed. There is no harm in selling or renting out movies and games that are permissible.
