Is suicide the solution for what has afflicted me, namely complete testicular atrophy and loss of sexual function, and people taunting me that I am not a man? And is what happened to me a punishment from Allah, or a trial, or an affliction?

Allah created humans for trials and tribulations. These trials may be for expiation of sins, for elevation of ranks, or for distinguishing the believers. Suicide is not a solution to any problem; rather, it is a cause for perdition in the Hereafter, and its punishment is severe torment in the grave and in Hellfire. Moving to another place may be a means of safety.
