Is it permissible for me to commit suicide if I am a failure, afflicted with many illnesses, and wavering in faith and affiliation?

Faltering in belief is a serious matter that requires treatment by adhering firmly to the Qur'an and Sunnah, accompanying scholars, and frequently seeking refuge in Allah. True loyalty is to Allah, His Messenger, His religion, and the believers.
