Are the water droplets that splatter onto the body from washing an impurity on the hand considered impure if they touch the body?

If impure droplets transfer from your hand to your body, such that the contaminated area remains impure, then it is obligatory to wash whatever part of the garment or body it touched, unless it is a fine mist that is not visible to the eye, in which case it is excused.

However, if the impurity had already been removed from the area before the droplets scattered, then whatever scattered from it is pure, and it is not necessary to wash whatever part of the garment or body it touched, because it is water that removed the ruling of impurity and was not altered by it.

If you doubt the impurity of the droplets, the default state of things is purity until their impurity is proven.
