What is the ruling regarding water droplets that splash back when water is poured onto clothes or impure places for purification?

If drops of water, transferred to clothes or body from impure garments, mix with impurity and then separate from it, they are impure, and whatever they touch of clothes or body must be washed, unless it is a drop or a small spray, in which case it is pardoned. It is also pardoned if the place from which the drops separated has no impurity, or if it had impurity and was purified by pouring water before the drops splattered. Imam An-Nawawi said: "Likewise, concerning a statement of impurity that cannot be perceived by the eye - meaning it is pardoned - I say: this statement is more apparent." Ash-Shirbini elaborates that "cannot be perceived by the eye" refers to what cannot be seen with the naked eye due to its smallness, such as a drop of urine or wine, and what clings to the feet of a fly when it lands in impurities. He adds that this statement is more apparent due to the difficulty of guarding against it, thus resembling the blood of fleas.
