What is the ruling on water that has been used to wash away impurity if it touches something, and is a small amount of water used to wash away impurity excused if it touches the body or clothes, and must a wound from which a small amount of blood has emerged be washed, and do clothes become impure if water that was used to wash this wound falls on them?

Water that separates after washing away an impurity is of two types: impure if it changes in color, taste, or smell due to the impurity, and pure if it does not change and remains in its original state. A small amount of impurity may be overlooked altogether, and this is the view preferred by Sheikh Al-Islam. It is permissible for those afflicted with obsessive doubts to adopt this view, as it alleviates hardship and difficulty.
