What is the solution for satisfying a strong sexual desire without incurring God's wrath, when one has a wife who is uninterested in intercourse and does not suffer from any illness, and is she sinful for not being sufficient for him, given the temptations at work and the prohibition of masturbation?

If a wife refuses her husband's bed, she exposes herself to Allah's wrath, and the angels curse her. If the wife fulfills her duty and grants her husband access to herself, then this is the ideal solution. Otherwise, the husband should marry a second wife. Adultery is a grave indecency. If the wife refuses to grant her husband access to herself and does not allow him to marry another, then his only option is to divorce her and marry another woman if he fears falling into indecency. One should avoid foreign women.
