Is it permissible to give zakat to the woman who raised me like her own son since my birth, and I still live with her to this day?

It is permissible to pay Zakat to a caregiver (murabbiya) if she falls under the categories eligible for Zakat, even if you are voluntarily spending on her, provided she is not wealthy.
