Is it permissible to take surplus office supplies from a female colleague at work, which she stores without using, to give them to someone in need, while denying it if asked, given that she refuses to stop this action and considers it her right?

Office supplies are the property of the employer, and it is not permissible to keep or use them for personal purposes without permission, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves through falsehood..." (Quran 2:188). Whoever has taken anything from them without permission must repent and return it. And whoever witnesses this must enjoin the right and forbid the wrong. No one has a right to these tools except with the permission of the employer.
