It is not permissible for a Muslim woman to remove her for work or for any other reason, because Allah has commanded her to wear the hijab and has forbidden ostentatious display (tabarruj). She must wear the -compliant hijab, and it is forbidden for her to work in a field where she intermingles with men, especially in an environment where temptation is prevalent. The questioner should be responsible for providing for the family and should not allow his wife to work in mixed environments. "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
