You must obey your father and show him kindness in word and deed, and strive against yourself to overcome any aversion you feel towards him, and ask Allah to reconcile your hearts. You should also forgive those who err, and advise your father gently if you see a fault in him, and be a means of reconciliation between your parents and your siblings. You should not delay marriage out of fear of repeating the aversion, as this may be a trick from Satan.
