What is meant by "Aqib"? And should the Dhikr be recited before the Tasleem to conclude the prayer? And should "Subhan al-Malik al-Quddus" be recited twice in a low voice and the third time aloud with the addition? And should 10 Rak'at be prayed, then Shafa' and Witr?

It is recommended after the tasleem of Witr to say: "Subhanal Malikil Quddus (Glory be to the King, the Most Holy)" three times, raising the voice on the third utterance. This is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It is permissible to pray Witr with ten rak'ahs, followed by Shafa' and Witr, or eleven rak'ahs with Shafa' and Witr. The matter is broad, and all of that is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
