Is it legislated to say "Subhan al-Malik al-Quddus (Glory be to the King, the Most Holy)" after praying four or eight rak'ahs of Tarawih, or is it only said after completing the Witr prayer? Is it permissible to recite it in the mosque if Witr is prayed at home? Is it recommended to seek forgiveness after every two rak'ahs of Tarawih?

It is authentically reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that after the Witr prayer, he would say: "Subhanal Malikil Quddus (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy)" three times, raising his voice on the third repetition. It is sunnah for worshippers to follow this practice after Witr, whether praying individually or in congregation, in the mosque or at home. It is not legislated to adhere to this dhikr between the rak'ahs of night prayers (Qiyam al-Layl) or Tarawih, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his companions did not do so.
