Is a specific remembrance (dhikr) sunnah after finishing the Tarawih prayer?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

There is no specific dhikr to be recited after Tarawih prayers. However, if the Tarawih prayers are concluded with Witr, it is recommended for a Muslim to recite what was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, after Witr, including: "Subhanal Malikil Quddus" (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy) three times, and "Allahumma inni a'udhu biridaka min sakhatik, wa a'udhu bimu'afatika min 'uqubatik, wa a'udhu bika minka, la uhsi thana'an 'alayk, anta kama athnayta 'ala nafsik" (O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath, and in Your forgiveness from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot enumerate Your praises; You are as You have praised Yourself).
