What is the ruling on raising one's voice in remembrance (dhikr) after the Tarawih prayer by saying: "Subhan al-Malik al-Quddus, Subbuhun Quddusun Rabb al-Mala'ikati wa al-Ruh, jalla fi al-samawati bi al-'izzati wa al-jabarut, wa ta'azzazat bi al-'adhamati wa al-qudrah, wa qaharat al-'ibad bi al-mawt. Allahumma inni a'udhu bi ridaka min sakhatik, wa bi mu'afatika min 'uqubatik, wa bik mink, la malja'a minka illa ilayk, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk, innaka 'ala kulli shay'in qadir"? And what are the evidences for this from the schools of thought?

There is no evidence for the desirability of reciting specific adhkar collectively and audibly after the Tarawih and Witr prayers. It is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he would say after Witr: "Subhan al-Malik al-Quddus" (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy) three times, prolonging the third and adding "Rabb al-Mala'ikati wa al-Ruh" (Lord of the angels and the Spirit) at its end. As for the saying: "Jallaltas-samawati wal-arda bil-'azmati wal-jabarut, wa ta'azzazta bil-qudrati wa qahartal-'ibada bil-mawt" (You have encompassed the heavens and the earth with greatness and might, and You have become mighty through power and subdued Your servants with death), it has no basis in the Sunnah (definition). The phrase: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bi-ridaka min sakhatik, wa bi-mu'afatika min 'uqubatik, wa bikya minka, la malja'a minka illa ilayk" (O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath, and in Your pardon from Your punishment, and in You from You; there is no refuge from You except in You) has a similar wording that is authentically reported as a prescribed dhikr after Witr or within it. Seeking forgiveness after prayer in general is desirable three times.
