What is the authenticity and grade of the Hadith narrated by Al-Tabarani, elevated (marfu‘an): "Whoever leads a people in prayer, let him fear Allah and know that he is responsible and accountable for what he guarantees. If he does well, he will have a reward equal to the reward of those who prayed behind him"?

The aforementioned hadith, "Whoever leads a people [in prayer] should fear Allah...", was narrated by Al-Tabarani, and Al-Albani declared it weak due to the presence of three defects in its chain of transmission (Isnad): Yahya bin Abi Al-Fadl, Al-Ma'arik bin 'Abbad, and Yusuf bin Al-Hajjaj. This hadith has a weak chain of transmission.
