Is the Hadith, "You will remain safe as long as you are silent, but if you speak, it will be written for you or against you," authentic? And is it permissible to cite it if it is weak?

The hadith was narrated by Al-Tabarani from Mu'adh ibn Jabal, and Al-Haythami said: Al-Tabarani narrated it with two chains of transmission, and the narrators of one of them are trustworthy. Al-Albani authenticated it in Sahih Al-Jami'. For more information, please refer to Fatwa no. 137154.
