What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Indeed, you remain in a state of gain as long as you are silent, but if you speak, it will be recorded for you or against you"?

The mentioned Hadith, "As long as you are silent, you are safe; but if you speak, it is either for you or against you," is weak because it is mursal (a narration in which a Tabi'i narrates directly from the Prophet without mentioning the Companion) and due to the presence of Muhammad ibn Rashid al-Khuza'i in its chain of narration. However, the virtue of silence and abstaining from false speech has been established in other authentic Ahadith, including: "A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe," and "Control your tongue," and "Are the people thrown into the Hellfire upon their faces except for the harvests of their tongues?" and "Whoever remains silent is saved," and "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent." The praiseworthy silence is silence from falsehood.
