Is it obligatory to expose someone who reveals work secrets to clients in exchange for money, which may harm the employer, or should their matter be concealed?

Disclosing work secrets to clients, whether for a fee or not, is a betrayal of trust and a prohibited bribe. First, the person should be advised to abandon this evil. If he does not respond, then his matter must be reported to the employer; otherwise, the silent one will be held accountable before Allah.
