Is it considered a legitimate seclusion (khalwa shar’iyya) for a female employee to work in the field with a male colleague in a car for distances exceeding one hour?

Seclusion (khalwa (definition)) between a man and a woman who are not mahram (definition) is forbidden by Islamic law, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) sayings: "No man should be in seclusion with a woman unless there is a mahram with her," and "No man is in seclusion with a woman but Satan is the third one." The prohibition becomes even more severe if it involves travel. As for a woman's gathering with men as a work team without seclusion, if it involves a transgression of Islamic manners, then it is forbidden. However, if it adheres to Islamic guidelines and is out of necessity, then it is permissible, provided that the men are a group whose collusion in immorality is unlikely, and they are men of faith and trustworthiness. This gathering is prohibited if the woman will be alone with the men for most of the time.
