Do the deeds of one who transgresses God's boundaries (such as fornication and blasphemy) and upon whom the prescribed punishment has not been carried out, get accepted? And is it a condition for the acceptance of his acts of worship and good deeds that the prescribed punishment be applied to him?

Whoever is afflicted with sins must repent to Allah by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. And whoever repents, Allah accepts his repentance. It is recommended for one who has committed these sins to conceal himself, repent between himself and his Lord, and increase in righteous deeds. He is not required to seek the implementation of the ḥadd punishment, because repentance does not necessitate the implementation of the ḥadd, and righteous deeds are accepted without it. However, if the matter reaches the ruler and the evidence is established, then the ḥadd punishment must be implemented and is not waived by repentance.
