Is a wife required to seek her husband's permission for everything she takes out of the house, given that she works and contributes to expenses?

A wife is permitted to dispose of her private property without her husband's permission, so long as the disposal is within what Allah has made lawful. It is, however, recommended to inform the husband of this. As for the husband's property, the wife is not permitted to dispose of it except with his permission, apart from a small amount that is customarily overlooked; in such a case, she receives half the reward, and he receives the other half. If the wife's property is mixed with the husband's due to shared expenses, she is permitted to dispose of it within the limits of her private property if it is a donation from her. However, if her spending is obligatory upon her, she is not permitted to dispose of it except with his permission, with the exception of a small amount.
