ما سبب عدم إتمام الخطبة للفتاة الملتزمة بالعبادات والرقية الشرعية، وماذا عليها أن تفعل؟

You have done well by maintaining your prayers and being keen on memorizing the Quran. We hope that Allah blesses you with a righteous husband, for "whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." Marriage is a provision that will come to the believing woman as it has been decreed for her. So, continue to supplicate and have good expectations of your Lord, for He answers prayers. It is not necessarily true that delayed marriage is due to a shortcoming in obedience, a punishment, or magic. There is no harm in seeking suitors or offering yourself to someone you wish to marry, and seek help from trustworthy individuals. If you fear that the reason is magic, then continue with the lawful ruqyah.
