Was my circumambulation for 'Umrah, after performing ghusl following menstruation, valid or not, considering the possibility that I might have had a minor ritual impurity after ghusl and before circumambulation? And what are the consequences for me in this situation, knowing that I got married after the 'Umrah? Also, what about the Hajj, which was Qiran, and I doubted my ritual purity during the circumambulation, then I exited the state of Ihram by cutting one strand of hair, and then sexual intercourse occurred before complete exit from Ihram? And how many times of Ihram, circumambulation, and Sa'y are required to rectify these errors?

Disregard these whispers [of doubt] and turn away from them. The default is that masturbation did not occur before the circumambulation (). If you doubt the validity of your acts of worship after completing them, do not pay attention to such doubt. Similarly, doubt concerning purity during Tawaf should be ignored. Your release from the state of by cutting some of your hair is sufficient, so you are not required to go to Makkah. Your Hajj, , and marriage are valid.
