The daughter's share from her father's inheritance is half that of the son, because Allah Almighty says: {Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females.} (An-Nisa, 11). As for disputes regarding the aforementioned amount, they are to be referred to the courts.
