What is the ruling on the prayer of a woman who takes pills that affect menstruation, such that she experiences a thin, odorless, clotted discharge followed by a brownish discharge, a yellowish discharge, and a white discharge?

The blood that a woman sees is considered menses if it appears at a time suitable for it, and if its duration, and any accompanying yellowish or brownish discharge, does not exceed fifteen days, and the period of purity between two bleeding episodes is more than thirteen days. The blood being thin does not affect it being menses. The yellowish and brownish discharge connected to the blood is considered menses, as is the case if a woman sees it during her customary period. However, if the duration of the blood and any accompanying yellowish or brownish discharge exceeds fifteen days, then the woman is in a state of istihadah (prolonged vaginal bleeding).
