Is it permissible to supplicate for the success of animated comics (those with souls)?

The basic rule for drawing images of living beings is prohibition. However, it is permissible to produce illustrated stories for a valid purpose, such as educating children or promoting good, provided they are free from شرعي (Sharia-compliant) prohibitions. It is also permissible to pray for their success.
