What is the ruling on money, the origin of which is unlawful, given as divorce maintenance?

It is not permissible for a woman to spend from her husband's unlawfully acquired money if she has other means to spend from. However, if she is in need, or if the money is mixed (lawful and unlawful), then there is no harm in her spending from it.
