Is it considered a lie and does the money become unlawful if a mother, who is in good health, claims that her son helps her to get up and walk in order to receive in-home care services for a fee, knowing that he takes care of her, pays the house rent, covers the household expenses, and accompanies her to doctors?

If the mother is able to stand up and walk without assistance, then informing the nurses that she needs help is a forbidden lie. And the grant conditioned on this need is not permissible if the condition is not met, due to the deception involved towards the granting authority. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats is not one of us."
