1-What is the ruling on a menstruating woman passing in front of a praying person in the Haram?

Passing in front of a praying person is forbidden, but scholars have made an exception for the mataf (circumambulation area) in Mecca due to necessity and hardship. They cite as evidence the hadith (definition) of al-Muttalib, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to pray opposite the Black Stone while people passed in front of him, and that Ibn al-Zubayr would wait for a woman to pass in front of him during Tawaf (definition). Tawus was of the opinion that Mecca has a special status due to the large number of people and their crowding to perform the rituals. This is what Ibn Taymiyyah, al-Tahawi, and al-Kharashi mentioned, confirming that this ruling is specific to Mecca, and applies equally to men and women, with the prohibition of a menstruating woman from staying in the mosque.
