The answer

It is not permissible to write Quranic verses in the shape of a bird, an animal, or a human. This is a forbidden depiction, and its doer is cursed. Its ugliness intensifies if it is in the shape of an animal or a human. This is considered an excess and an extremism, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade reciting the Quran while bowing or prostrating, because that is a posture of humility, and the Quran should be in a place of veneration and exaltation.
