Does someone who conceals beneficial knowledge that he discovered himself, and does not tell others about it, fall under the warning against concealing knowledge, on the pretext of the effort he expended in researching it?

"Disseminating beneficial knowledge is among the good deeds that ought to be performed, as Allah Almighty says: 'O you who have believed, bow and prostrate and worship your Lord and do good that you may succeed.' The warning against concealing knowledge does not encompass all knowledge nor everyone."
