هل رؤية الشيطان في عرفة ويوم بدر حقيقية، ومن رآه؟
On the day of Badr, Iblis appeared in the form of Suraqah ibn Malik, and he promised the polytheists victory. But when he saw the angels, he retreated and said, "Indeed, I see what you do not see." Some exegetes mentioned that Al-Harith ibn Hisham saw him, and that he poked him and fled. Imam Malik narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Devil was never seen on a day when he was smaller, more disgraced, more contemptible, or more enraged than on the Day of Arafah. That is only because of what he saw of the descent of mercy and Allah's forgiveness of grave sins, except for what he was shown on the Day of Badr." And it was asked: "What did he see on the Day of Badr, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Indeed, he saw Jibril marshaling the angels."
