What is the ruling on one who causes the squandering of the heirs' right to a plot of land by forging its purchase contract from their father with false identity information and perjured witnesses, and what is his recompense in the Hereafter, and is it permissible to boycott and ostracize him socially, and what are the implications for him in the event of his repentance, knowing that he is regular in prayer and has performed Umrah?

Falsifying facts to unlawfully seize people's money is a grave crime and a great sin, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] trade by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is ever Merciful to you. And whoever does that in aggression and injustice - then We will drive him into a Fire. And that, for Allah, is [always] easy." [Quran 4:29-30], and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever takes a false oath to usurp the property of a Muslim, he will meet Allah while Allah is angry with him," and his saying: "Whoever usurps even a hand span of land unjustly, Allah will encircle him with it from seven earths."

The perpetrator must make sincere repentance by seeking forgiveness, feeling remorse, and resolving not to return to such an act, and by returning the rights to their owners. Whoever repents sincerely, Allah will overlook his sins, as the Almighty said: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" [Quran 39:53]. If he does not repent, then society should ostracize him, and if boycotting him leads to his repentance and the return of rights, then that becomes obligatory.
